Hi, I'm Becca, and I'm a Pelvic Floor Coach for mommas like you who want to enjoy your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum without pain, leaking, or fear.

In 2012 I was sexually abused by a physician who disguised his treatment as pelvic floor because no one knew what this really meant.

Then in 2020 I had a devastating birth experience that ended in a C-section, I found myself overwhelmed after the birth of my first baby, wondering why no one had really prepared me for what lay ahead.

Determined to take control of my journey, I decided to become a Pelvic Floor Clinician so I could educate myself and also become a support for moms who have gone through similar experiences.

When I became pregnant with my second baby, I put everything I learned into practice and had a redemptive VBAC at 41 weeks that changed my life - and also my purpose.

Now I teach moms everywhere how to:

  • sleep deeper

  • move without pain

  • and recover with strength through pelvic floor coaching.
